Discussion»Questions»Home and Garden» Of these two items, which did you wish could be bigger: your current home, or your currant garden? (Note the spelling.)
We had a currant patch at my first home. I didn't know what they were when we bought the house. When I found out, I made jelly one year. It wasn't all the great. I finally pulled it all out, took it to the creek and let the current take it away.
You certainly washed your hands of that problem, but it really sounds like water under the bridge, dude. Next time, give us a more recent tale when we ask about currant events. And while you're at it, make it something that gels a little better than the canned tripe you came up with. Why do you insist on throwing the baby out with the bath water anyway? With so few details in your story, my mouth waters for a deeper plot, not the watered-down version above. See, I hope you're happy now; you've got me swimming in sea of loose references and bad puns. I'd ask you to throw me a line, but you might miss your cue. I'm writing all of this because of you, so that makes them your fault lines. Don't be angry, though, because I'm sure you and I can patch things up, just be a doll and provide the cabbage, Homey.
