From coast to coast across the country.  As far as which state I liked the most,  I loved them every one.

Yes, four times now by car, a few times more by plane.  I'm thinking about the train now.

Arizona is quite lovely on the Southern route, but regardless of the route, a 3000 mile car trip will yield nice, beautiful, and interesting views.  I lived most of my life in a state with lush greens and beautiful mountains.  I fell in love with the desert the first time I experienced it. • I have not. I have traveled all around the western U.S., but not the entire country.

That's a recurring theme among Westerners.  Come on over to the East for a time.  It's different and wonderful........just like the West.  Oh, and the middle.  :)

  • Ah ... no middle (or Central).  East, Mid-West and West.

Northern California is the best so far and West Texas the worst.  We were so far from no where we couldn't even pick up a radio station.  Nothing.

  • Nothing, Tx.  ... between Amarillo and Midland/Odessa.

You know they say, "No matter where you're going, when you leave Texas, you're halfway there."  :)

  • "Yes"  I've seen 48 of the 50 U.S. States and each one
had something that makes me glad I can say that.  :)
