You don't want to quit.  There are so many remedies out there now, there is no excuse any longer.  It is not easy.  You have to focus on it and realize the gift you receive from doing this thing is all your power comes back to you.  You will be empowered.  It is your choice. 

Get something to quell your nerves, and take a nicotine patch for starters.  Don't smoke.  It weakens you.

And what do you do with your free time?  :))
