No. He will get poorer. The super rich evade and avoid taxes, so it doesn't directly affect them much. Though low taxes cause competition to rise which in turn causes the biggest players to lose market share.
It's not really about money. Billionaires have all the money they would ever need. It's about power. It's about dominance. It's about keeping a boot stamping on the face of humanity forever. That's why many billionaires fund leftist politics. It's not because they're true believers in that sh*t, but because they want to manipulate people who don't understand economics.
Why else do you think the establishment hates Trump so much? The system don't give a damn about your feelings. They hate Trump because he is acting against THEIR interests.
