Is it easier to list examples of abnormal than it is to list examples of normal? Are both difficult or is one far more difficult to assess?

    It seems easier to identify the extremes of the margins —the abnormal— rather than the relatively few qualities that are within the bounds of what is normal. It sure makes for juicier conversation.
