Why is there no Niagara Falls in California?

    Because the Great Lakes flow to the east.
    Start a petition, maybe Disney would build one out west.

    Oh yes, Jamie, lovely picture, when I lived in Buffalo, we even visited Niagara in winter, we would go there, stay for awhile, rush back into the car, put the heater on, warm ourselves, again go...sheer fun...but brrrr cold;))

  • Did you ever go to Canadian side of the falls? Is one thing we have better than US ... this side is lovely.

    You are 200% correct, Niagara view is stupendous from Canadian side, we went around 6 times to Toronto, it was a short drive from Buffalo, Jamie;))
    ( we had Canadian visitors visa for 6 months;))

    California gets water from all over and there is a big ditch to carry it to the people. They put blue lights in the water so while you are driving on the freeway you can wonder "WTF is that?"



    This is called "Los Angeles Aqueduct Cascades".
