    Read the question again. Its tricky. The wall has already been built by the eight men, so the four men cannot build one at all. ;))

    By Math 4 men would need 20 hours to build the same wall.
    By practical experience the more people are assigned to any project the slower it will get completed. They discuss and disagree and have little wars, etc.
