    Especially my neck....I broke it 20+ yrs ago and have a steel plate in it. I was very blessed and have full mobility. So no jumping on my neck either.

    Yes, I am very blessed. The vertebra I broke are the ones that usually make people quadriplegics. The man got stitches on his forehead.
