Assuming the gender was hermaphroditic and could choose heterogenous gene blending, I'm guessing some what prefer to be either mothers or fathers, while others would like at least on go at each biological and social role.
There would probably be much better empathy for the different phases of difficulties in relationships, mating, birthing and parenting.
Probably public toilets and clothing change rooms would not need to be separated for men and women.
Possibly things like women's refuges and men's clubs would dissappear (not be needed.)

It's possible that bodily modesty would be less of a big deal in how clothing is designed and when and where it is worn. Clothing would be only for comfort, protection, roles and ornament.

Perhaps many things would be designed slightly differently.
For instance, the mechanisms on a sewing machine would probably be a bit larger,
while the weight of standard packages of bulk goods would probably come down to about 15 kilos
and the handles of some tools would likely be more comfortable to use.
