Would you like to have a job that is dependent on people being sick, a job where 'cure' is a bad word?

Hmm I don't think I'd like that... Putting a slightly different spin on it.. I did used to have a job where I covered for literally anyone who was off sick... this undoubtedly boosted my wages.. but to tell the truth I never did it for that reason, so I'd have always wanted to have them well so I didn't have to cover. 

only if i get to keep the job anyways
