    Unlikely.....the entire legal system,local government,the police,the Royal  family ,all politicians  and the church all break the law daily......
    so why can't the menials do the same

    That true.......but laws are there to punnish the poor and weak.......
    In England hanging was a poor persons punishment......no one rich or powerful were ever hung for their crimes.....only treason was punishable by death......
