Yes. Ironically, it was the same day my grandson was born. We were both in the hospital the same day. LOL

    1. Flying over the atlantic ocean at midnight; it's totally black, you can see nothing, have no parachute or way to survive if you crash and somehow live.
    2. Being on a ship and not being able to see land. (Was caught in a really bad storm, on a cruise ship, and had a panic attack)
    3. Being on some bridges, the height scares me.
    4. Flying in a small plane, went up in a two seater once and had a panic attack. He immediately landed the plane.   I feel safer in a large plane.
    5. Extreme sports.
I have more but those are the worst ones

Hi WelbyQuentin. Im glad I caught you in this question. My other question where I asked what do you wish you could go back and do? Wont let me scroll past your post. I dont know why so here is my comment to that post.

What a beautiful peace. I can see why you would want to play and and why it is one of your favorites. You are so cool. :))

THANK YOU! Truly Robert Muczynski is my idol.
    Thank you for listening!

I think I might have been my most "cool" when I was on stage playing that music at that live concert. Hey, I'll brag - - I received three separate curtain calls from the audience! I sent a recording of my performance to Muczynski -- by this time, we had been corresponding --  and he enjoyed my rendition, even though I played some of the sections a bit slower than the recording I posted.
    :)

    When I allow the "What if 's  . . . " to kick in --

    "What if this happens?"
    "What if that happens?"

I have a great imagination and it can be my enemy and I can allow my fabricated fears to escalate terribly sometimes. THE most fearful? It can depend on the circumstances -- my most fearful fears can change daily.

I can see how that could be difficult to deal with. My late husband had anxiety issues and I really felt for him. ;)

Yup, anxiety. It can be challenging. I persevere through it, though, as best I can! And I laugh at myself about it -- that helps me. And in the long run, though anxiety is no laughing matter, I think the laughter and humour strengthen me.

I can see how your humor COULD help because you have a great sense of humor. Laughter IS the best medicine you are so right. ;)
