I'm sure most people have.  Unless they live in Hawaii.

Absolutely!!  Then, I run in and put them on my husband's body and watch him hit the ceiling!!  It's a great game we've played for years... especially when we lived in Colorado.  It's a great for me anyway.  He might have a different opinion ;P This post was edited by Merlin at January 13, 2018 5:57 PM MST

Either is my husband nor I.  Unfortunately, my feet don't have to touch snow to feel that way.  Right now it's 77 degrees and my feet are cold.  They always are.  I have poor circulation which doesn't make much sense since I'm very active;  but, genes will be genes I suppose.

No I had to walk in the snow because I could not afford boots and had to come out into the woods to pooh - but that's all behind me now.

I once wrote a poem about finding a child's bare footprints in the snow. They were beside an adult who had shoes. In the poem, I follow the footprints in the snow and discover that they lead me to my own house and family.  I haven't seen that poem for some 25 years. Maybe I should rewrite it?

Nope, but I have swum in an lake this time of year, pushing a skiff up and down in front of me as an icebreaker so I could continue swimming in the channel I made. This post was edited by JakobA the unAmerican. at January 14, 2018 10:36 AM MST
