I am in denial about my current weight. Like this. I have a pair of pants that I wore last year in school. They were so big they fell off if I wasn't careful. And now these same pants are TIGHT.
HAHAHAHA Me too! Except mine is seasonal. Every winter I put on 10 pounds, then lose it again in the spring. My pants are never too tight or too loose because I wear gym pants year round. LOL
Isn't that frustrating? I swear that is where it all goes at some point, even if it isn't much. Need to find some great exercises for this. I never had this issue before.
I was 140 lbs. in high school. Then I stopped the long distance running and motorcycle racing. (150 lbs.) Then I met my wife who is a good cook. (160 lbs.) I then built my house entirely alone and developed about 10 extra lbs. of muscle mass. (170 lbs.) Then I got a riding lawn mower to mow the 3 acres of lawn at the house I built. (180 lbs.) Then I got a new job that requires sitting most of the day. (195 lbs.) I will never be happy with my weight as long as I weigh over 170 lbs.
I'm happy with my weight but for me, I'm a little out of shape. Work keeps me on my toes, though, so I could get back to where I would like to be in about a month.
Nope. My ideal weight is about 200 lbs. Two years, due to illness, I was 15 lbs. underweight and could not gain no matter what I ate. Now that I've been completely well for about a year, I am 20 lbs. over. So I started riding my bike and lifting weights again I should be down to 200 in about 20 years if I live that long.
