    Someone who isn't a one dimensional moron with no understanding of brinkmanship.

    Men like Kim Jong Un only respect strength. The softly softly approach to diplomacy is seen as weakness by such people and viewed with pure contempt.

    Insulting, mocking and threatening such people to some extent is a necessary part of establishing respect. So stop being a back seat negotiator.
