When I first joined a site similar to this back in 2009 or 10 I just had the generic one you automatically get at first.  Within a very short time I discovered I was using a male generic, rather than a female generic av when a guy called me "dude".  I pointed out the "ette" in my name and he gifted me with the silhouette I still use.  It was updated when a friend added my name to it, and again a year or so back when another friend added the bunny ears for me due to an online feud.

Many years. I switch from time to time... the former version said "as seen on TV" on it, and I had a coffee mug next to my eye in one, but I've probably used this one for the better part of... eh... five years? Maybe time for an update.

  • Maybe about a year.

I used to be Heartfire, and the pic was a photo of me.
I changed to an image of our larger dam (pond) and the name Zenobia, and disappeared for a while (also too busy with study,)
to shake off some unwanted attention.

Those characters have disappeared from this site,
so I've returned to a similar name but have kept the reflective water and greenery image.

Since I joined Answerbag 8-2009.  I use it on other sites too.  I recently thought about changing it but couldn't really think of a good reason to, where there are good reasons to leave it like it is.  :)
