Ahhhh, Element :(  Please don't be sad.   With your help, we can rebuild you.:)   I know these surgeons who can create boobs and booty where there were none and lips for an added fee.  When it comes to hair, they've got the fix!  Then there are those with the 3-D printers.  All they have to do is connect the dots.

Your job, if you so choose to accept, is to stay awake (like they do when you have brain surgery) and direct them.  When finished, we'll make a tv series out of you.  You can be a movie star!  I've already got some names.  "Element. The Next Generation."  or  "The 10-million Dollar Element."
    Move over Lee Majors!!
Big Giggles for you, my friend. :) :) I wish you felt better.  Your brain is still quick as a whip and sharp as a tack.  There ain't no arguing about that!! :) :) This post was edited by Merlin at January 19, 2018 5:46 AM MST

With acute kidney problems I was advised against  NSAIDs  (ibuprofen)   I also tossed the dope pills without taking them and didn't reorder them...

I think I joined one unknowingly when I offered to help my friend with her two businesses.  Both are grueling hours and hard on the ol' body.  The things we do for friends. Ahhhhh!  I really enjoy both and helping her so it is worth it :):) This post was edited by Merlin at January 20, 2018 6:47 AM MST

A cute little boy riding a balance bike in the park.
I'll have to look for my notes but I have your request on hand...  This time around, please try to eat well, (nutrition does your body wonders), please sleep more, use sunscreen, and learn about your muscles and massages... they make a huge difference when working together.  Oh, and the major one, please remember not to stress so much.  It does a number on the body.  OH, take your daily vitamins, too, please!! ;) :)
Always looking out for my friends. Have fun!  (((((((())))))))))))  and loves, Merlin This post was edited by Merlin at January 19, 2018 5:46 AM MST

If I could take my husband and a few of my friends.  If I'm going to sweat it out, I would want some good company enduring it with me.

Truthfully?  I would probably need a morphine drip.  I have aches in places I didn't think you could have aches in.

Randy D, on his knees attending to his task, dares to inquire, "B...b...bu...bu...but what does this have to do with improving my physical fitness, Mistress?"

You'll be on your knees, pumping in circles for hours.  Do you not know how much of a thigh and ab workout it is while on your knees, without your hands ever touching the floor?  You have much to learn.  You'll feel the burn.  Let's not even begin about how tight your butt will be. All the better to ... well.... Are those your hands on the floor?!! *CRACK*!  Pick up those rags and start those counter-clockwise, rub-off circles!!!
Don't even think of running!!  It doesn't matter how far you can run, with these boots, I'll catch ya before you even get to the door!!!!!! SNAP!  Don't look at me, boy!!!!!!!! Get Busy! This post was edited by Merlin at January 20, 2018 7:37 AM MST
