I know that you won't believe this, but my wife and I were discussing Grover Cleveland the other day. A lot of folks don't know that Cleveland was sheriff of Erie County NY early in his career and is the only president to have executed a convicted criminal. (By hanging). A Hell of a footnote to anyone's resume.
