Discussion»Statements» They tried to force me into Tilde-Abatement Therapy last year. I barely made it through the first meeting, but then I never went back.
Well see I study these things and what you refer to demonstrates classic defence mechanisms. One cannot face or accept their weakness so they are in denial.. so much so that sometimes this denial can be deeply rooted at an unconscious level.. The patient or client finds excuses to end therapy because to face up to their illness is just too painful for them :P
Many of the things I post here are in jest, more than fifty percent, as is this post. (You didn't think there's actually a program to wean people off of tildes or abate tildes, did you?)
No sweetness, of course i didn't.. I really AM in that field so I would definitely know if there was such a thing :P And pretty much everyone knows your affinity with Tildes.. I was playing along with you.. I often do - I like your posts and was really just role playing with you :P Really I am just humouring you here.. we all know you are secretly in denial over your tilde addiction :P
LOL, that's great! (Listen, since it's your field of expertise, would you mind speaking with someone in their Debt Collection Office? They're trying to pin fees on me for the meetings I missed!)
Possibly, though I maintain I would have been the superior consultant. Why (one might ask)? Simply because I can think like that which I most despise. But would I have done so???
