But Trump keeps telling us he is “strong” and that Clinton is “weak.” How can this be?
And this poll was taken in the CNN newsroom in DC or at the DNC headquarters?
CBS News. But the realclearpolitics.com average, which aggregates multiple polls, including right-leaning ones such as Rasmussen and LA Times/USC, shows Clinton ahead by 4.5%, a number that has grown in the last several days.
CBS, CNN . . .not much difference in their political leanings . . .
And what's the margin of error for those polls? 4.5% is awfully close. And then there's the effect of the post-convention bump for Clinton . . .
It's gong to be an interesting horse race no matter which one of the two back halves of the equine you're (not you specifically) rooting for.
She and her dirty buddies would do whatever it took to get rid of anyone in their way and cover up all her crimes and failings, even if it killed their own party. I don't want her strong leadership.
Lesson #1: Everything Trump says will change in 5 minutes or less. He
Lesson #2: Trump is generally despised by a majority of Americans and can't even get support from the same party he's running in.
Lesson #3: Polls have a typical margin of error ±4.5%, or +/-4.5%
Based on facts and historical evidence, the actual percentage is more likely 62.5% for Clinton and 46.5% for Trump.
Imagine that annoying person who calls you at dinner time trying to give you a "Free cruise to the Bahamas" and now, Imagine that same person running for president.
Because Polls make little sense. Because 7 points is nothing to even worry about.
That's why. His popularity, if you can call it that, is much less. MUCH less.
He is going into a huge Swan Dive and he knows it. Now he is accusing the Democrats of rigging the election. WHAT election? LOL It didn't even start yet.
That is going to be his big speech when Hillary wins. FOUL. They stole the election. Just like Jeb did for Bush?
I don't know if polling on such a subjective topic tells us much of anything. Moreover, the difference in opinion between HRC and Trump is roughly the same as their "who are you voting for?" difference. It suggests to me HRC supporters see her as a "strong leader" while Trump supporters see him as a "strong leader."
To where? That's more important than the strength of leadership.
And since my last post this afternoon, the RCP average spread has grown to Clinton by 5.1%. This after Trump was ahead over the weekend.
I think people mistake the ability to lie without blinking as strength....it's the ultimate weakness. Trump cannot stop telling the truth (albeit his own) the ultimate strength
And this morning, the RCP average is up to 5.9%.
Which truth would that be?
He has a very, very, very bad track record of being consistant with his comments.
