The world is too big and scary a place to face so Nationalism was born. Nationalists hermitize themselves from "the other". Are you one?

They do it with walls and travel bans and LEGAL immigration reduction and laws to keep "the other" out.  They intermarry year after year without benefit of new blood. The population homogenizes and you cannot distinguish one from the other. They think alike, look alike, sound alike, react alike and pass that restriction of beingness down to future generations.

Nazis and supremacists (of any flavor) are nationalists, but not all nationalists are Nazis, supremacists, or racists.

While I favor giving the Dreamers a path to citizenship, I have no problem whatsoever with "deporting people of color", or anyone, who chose to come here illegally. I favor a merit-based immigration policy. Neither do I have a problem with limiting either immigration or travel, or with vetting refugees. At no time has Trump proposed deporting all American citizens of color or ethnic cleansing.

I am an American. I was born here, as were my parents and grandparents. My ancestral heritage, does not define who I am...but as 3/4s would be defined as "Nordic" and "Germanic" per Hitler, and I do favor the nationalism of "America first", does that make me a Nazi? No, it does not.

"Though Caucasian I consider myself a person of color and always will."

One doesn't choose one's race. White people who talk like this are self hating, self flagellating, racists. It's pure mental illness...
