Nope. Even though I'm not very limber (and haven't been since about age nine), I do get an above-average amount of exercise in. My bones don't creak. Yet.
Stretch, Rand, STRETCH. Warm up before and after. You can work out longer. I'm sure you know this, and you probably do it, but don't neglect this. It is even a good idea to stretch and massage your own muscles in between cycles of workout. My Phong told me that. He is a Russian Sports therapist and he works out. He says people often look at him while he is working out in puzzlement, but he also says, they give up on their routines long before he has to.
No, I'm not creaking and squeaky. Before my knee surgeries you could hear me coming.....every step had a click to it, not to mention pain. Such wonderful surgeries!!!
