Hypothetically I would move to Europe, and start living there. Whether some state is seceding is irrelevant.
< edit > Oops, https://www.gq.com/story/new-california-is-a-bad-idea It seems to be some republicans who want to secede from California, split it up so they can make their own Utopia < /edit >

That joke has been around for almost 70 years that I have been aware of it. They were going to divide the state at San Francisco, then it was San Jose, then Santa Barbara, and so on until San Diego wanted to join Northern California and the only city left in Southern California was Los Angeles, which was the only thing everybody wanted all along, but they didn't mean to be so blatant about it, so they dropped the project.
Current Supreme Court precedent, in Texas v. White, holds that the states cannot secede from the union by an act of the state. More recently, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia stated, "If there was any constitutional issue resolved by the Civil War, it is that there is no right to secede."
I heard NHexit was a thing right after brexit. If I do Leave it’s because I hate this place, not because it wants to secede. The only thing that keeps me here is no sales tax.
