There probably is a few teachers that go to bed every night thinking that they would like to shoot some of their students so arming them might be a dream come true. Also just because a teacher has a gun doesn't mean that they will be a hero when the bullets start flying. Instead of training teachers they should hire ex Marines to keep the students save. Cheers!

WOuld the teachers' guns be locked away as is required for most legit guns. If so, would they have the time to unlock them. If not, what's to stop them being pinched and save the madmen the trouble of getting one for themselves.
I dunno m'dear. I asked a question a few minutes ago about having all teachers wear fully automatic weapons on a chain around their necks so they could access them immediately. I also asked how often the bullets hit their marks? I mean do cops always take down what they shoot at? What is the percentage of accuracy generally? Thank you for your reply Malizz and Happy Thursday. It's a big problem and the solution is something the powers that be will not take to kindly. REDUCE THE NUMBER OF GUNS AVAILABLE. So we're stuck trying to find another way to protect our kids. How sad is that? :(
This is a very stupid idea. I would be much more nervous having a teacher who is untrained with shooting someone and might hit me or others instead. It might be more expensive to hire trained shooters but much safer all the way around.
