    Where is that one?

    Yes, I've been to one and I will tell you, you cannot leave there hungry.  They just keep bringing foods to the table.  It was fun.  We went to this one and if/when we're up there again we will probably revisit.  It's in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

    They serve most everything on skewers.

    This one she went to is in Chicago.   That's all I know apart from the fact that she said it was delicious.
