Do the various types of cheeses in the world have any emotions involving you? (Please don't pretend you don't know what I mean.) ~

Other than the occasional grilled cheese sandwich, I never got too excited about cheese. Then I traveled to 'Amish' country and stopped at an Amish cheese factory that offered free cheese samples. They had like 50 types to try. I tried new types and found that they were all excellent. That day, I became a happy cheese man.
