    My left elbow gets attention since it has a scar from a 1973 motorcycle racing crash. I guess the scar is from the bike that ran over me. The scar also reminds me of the young lady who was with me at the race. Hehehehehe!

    I fell on the right one years ago and chipped the bone.  I find this "point" a handy tool when incorporating deep tissue work.  I chipped the olecranon.   It is pointy now.
