If you are speaking strictly of stand-up type comedians, then Sam Kinison made me laugh like no other (even though I've come to realize some of his humor was ultimately too cruel).
If you are speaking more broadly of comedians and comic actors, then it would be the cast of Monty Python, especially John Cleese.
The late, great Peter Sellers .. he could say more with one look or expression than most can say with words
