    I asked the this question once...'Which is the most important word of the phrase 'constructive criticism'? Answer: criticism. That is one of the main reasons my ex is an ex. What she thought was constructive was actually quite destructive.

    I don't think that I take criticism very well.
    I get defensive when I should probably just either learn from it or ignore it if it's crap.
    I think I need to work on that.

    No, criticism is over-rated.  I'll start thinking otherwise when people who love to criticize start handling it well themselves but I've actually never seen that happen.
