In days, what's the longest amount of time you've gone without eating pizza? (Caveat: Beginning at age ten.) ~

Sometimes months .....it's not a very healthy meal......most pizza shops don't use real cheese on their pizza here in England.....it's pure fat/ lard milk and another ingredient....
you can always tell as it swims in fat when it becomes hot.....:(

At least a year or 365 days, if you will.

Can't give you an exact number of days, but I never at it until I was about 13.

It's been several years, and then only to be cordial.  I'm not a fan of tomatoes, or pizza dough.
