  • I don't believe anyone understands addiction.  Twenty years of sobriety blown in a sip is not unheard of, nor uncommon.

    Well actually after about 45 years of active alcoholism I just got tired of boozing somehow,  just could not enjoy the stuff anymore. Anyway I discovered kratom bout a year ago -it's a mild opioid, about 3 grams is kinda similar to about 2 beer but the sensation is much nicer and it does not make me want more like beer would. It is legal, just have to find a store that sells it. Gives relief for muscle pains too but not very effective for bone/joint pains.

    I'm sure many people that have fallen off the wagon understand addiction.  Having a relapse would not preclude that understanding.
