My cats.  I would convince them to let me sleep past 4 am.

If by "brainwashing" you mean washing out the BS...everyone.  If you mean making people think that which they would not otherwise think, no one.

If you had a bit of music or a bell that played at the time you programmed, and you fed the cats when the sound came on, the cats would soon let you sleep through to the bell - guessing a max of 3 weeks.
