There is a name for it - it's called The White House.  Is there no level of moronic chatter from Trump that you won't excuse?

And, by pointing out the full quote, you only made it more obvious what a stupid remark it was.  The name for that "building, or whatever you want to call it" is The White House.

Just evidence of my only worrying about facts.....

I worry about facts also. Especially if certain facts are true---such as a US president referring to the White House as being in "tippy-toppy" shape during a public venue.  

If a US president every said that, I guarantee that while such a pronouncement would not be unexpected in our current environment; it would certainly worry me to a considerable extent as well.

So he has a funny saying something is kept in good repair.....who cares.

Well, yes it does.

And even though I have explained why such things do matter, there is apparently a problem in the communication between the two of us.  The problem when a communication fails is either with the sender or the receiver.

I'm content to let others locate the problem.

I don't have Twitter either.  You don't have to have an account to know what he's posting.  It's on Yahoo as well.  The media posts it because Trump's tweets are considered presidential correspondence.

I don't have kids of my own, but I didn't talk that way to my nieces and nephews nor am I talking that way to their children. 

Did this happen at the White House Easter egg role? I seen a part were he started talking about DACA and thought that it wasn't too cool. Cheers!

Before I read the whole title of your post, I thought you were talking about something said on Sesame Street.

I'm a huge fan of Sesame Street and the muppets Lulu'sMom. My son was 2 years old when Sesame Street was born and we were both avid fans. It was shown on KGBH the public broadcast station in Massachusetts where we were living at the time. Sesame Street NEVER talked down to children. You never heard poopygoofydoofylucy talk there. We had Kermit the Frog telling us it wasn't easy being green and Miss Piggy showing us that she loved Kermie and the Cookie Monster and all the inventive characters .
