The left suffer from the mental illness of -

    1) Thinking that someone can only gain by taking from others. No, business is win win, not win lose. Life isn't a zero sum game.

    2) Thinking that greed is the only thing that motivates people to produce. No, it's the only thing that motivates YOU to produce. You're projecting your own emptiness onto others. Some people actually enjoy what they do and delight in producing value. Society as a whole is infinitely wealthier because of them. This post was edited by Zeitgeist at April 28, 2018 1:10 PM MDT

Anyone who works to make a living has a very high regard for making money. Because, unless they are rich, they need it to survive and thrive.  So they are capitalists.  "Evil"?  No of course not - the only alternative to capitalism is to just give up and lay down and decay and die.

Not all are evil - but when making more money than you can possibly spend becomes more important to you than the people who produce it, the line is crossed.
There are altruistic capitalists - most of whom gambled on a hunch and got lucky. Dick Smith. Richard Branson. Bill Gates almost makes it, but he did steal quite a lot from Apple.
The truly evil ones inherit billions, then devote their lives to minimising costs by cutting wages and working conditions. Or employing kids in the Third World for a dollar a day or less.

Being a billionaire is apparently very complicated. What about Elon Musk and Space X? Anything altuistic there? Seems very future driven. Just thought of a question. I know. Big deal. Thank you for your reply Sbf! :)

I'd include Musk in that group. He's making a buck out of being invested in protecting the planet. Win-win.

Folks like him are foresighted/farsighted and way beyond the norm. I think most folks are hooked into today and what they need/want right this very minute. Tomorrow will take care of itself and they seem unconcerned about it. Kick the can down the road. Let someone else worry about it. Thank you for your reply Sbf and Happy Thursday! :)
