Does double jeapordy prevent Andrea Constand from suing Cosby for even more money after already receiving a settlement?

If not she should bake that #MeToo woman a cake and send donations.

    I think that is just in criminal cases, but I'm not positive.

    Double Jeopardy is only relevant in criminal law.   A previous settlement may or may not prohibit a civil action depending on what was in the settlement.
