Discussion»Statements»Rosie's Corner» The key to having people believe lies is repeating them many many many many many many times. People are programmable. Why?
Some people are programmable and one of the reasons for it is that they're too lazy to think for themselves. They depend on others to think for them even if what they're being told is wrong. Also, a severe lack of common sense and integrity adds to the whole mess. :)
Programming is all about numbers so if a person hears a lie 100X but only hears the fact once the brain starts thinking that the lie is greater then the fact. Another way of making a lie believable is the old rounding up the numbers trick. If a person is telling a lie about something that happened 7 days ago they will tell the lie in a way that brings it closer to the present day - like they will say a couple or a few days ago instead of a week ago keeps the lie fresh I guess. Trump's been know to get numbers and dates wrong some people say it's because he is loosing his mind but I figure he is using math against us. Maybe algebra could help to remove Trump from office - like you could make an algebra problem about 2 Trump trains with miles of lies and facts between them and people try and solve the problem of what time the FBI will arrive to take him to the station. Cheers!
Once again m'dear you have contributed a super-creative idea. Of course I LOVE it! You do have a fine mind Nanoose. I don't know what you do with it when you are away from Answermug but I suspect you could rule the world if you put your mind to it. However that would take an evil crackpot wacko narcissist like the one we have in D.C. now and you just don't have the right stuff to be a wacko evil crackpot narcissist. All due respect to you m'dear but you just could not cut it. I expect one has to be born a wacko crackpot in the first place and the evil narcissist develops with time. SIGH. Thank you for your nifty solution. I wonder if anyone out there is smart enough to figure out the how. You provide the idea. You're the architect. You do the design. Then the construction folks come in and build it! Thank you for your reply! :)
