Do you think people are less trustworthy than they were 20 years ago? 30 years? 40 years?

Give an example why.  Here's my example:  I rented a storage space last year and after they drew me in with a reasonable monthly rental rate, they added on "administrative fees," insurance, and locks which I could only buy from them.  Then I found out their storage boxes on sale at 30% off were actually three times as expensive as the same boxes elsewhere.  In the end they will lose because I will never rent from them again.

Unfortunately, I think people are less  trust worthy these days. In the old days a handshake was as good as a contract. Obviously you don’t find that anymore.   Those days are long gone .

There's one commandment: Get the money.   That's how you win.

There’s more to life than money. It’s called self-respect, morals and character, to name a few.

Big difference from the world now and the world i remember of over 60 years ago. Back then you could leave your car unlocked and not worry someone would steal it. The world has gone from bad to worse. (2timothy 3:1-5,13)
