But one thing is true...Trump will cry foul when he loses whether it's true or not.

The republican primary was rigged against Trump.
The democrat primary was rigged for hillary.
Many of the exact same people will be involved in the general election. The worst that ever happens to these type of people is they get shifted to another job where they can continue rigging.

If current trends continue, HRC will defeat Trump by substantial majorities in both the popular vote and the Electoral College results. While some irregularities may occur here and there, none of them will have the kind of effect the strangness in Florida had on the 2000 presidential election. Trump and his supporters may complain, but their claims will be baseless.
On a broader scale, there is a substantial case to be made that US national elections are inherently "rigged" and are largely irrrelevant.
