Have you ever been friends with your landlord?

I've had friendly relationships with most of them.  We always paid the rent on time and are pretty neat, quiet people.

    Most recently, my landlord just got out of prison. I figured I better feed him to get on his good side, so when strawberries went on sale I bought some for him. I left a note on his door knob saying "See me." Scared the dickens out of him!

  • "Yes" ... I worked with a guy who let me live in one of his houses, kinda like a property manager.  We were friends.
