No problem, WQ, but my grapefruit reference is amazing, but true!
I had an uncle who managed a citrus ranch: mostly oranges, but there were other types throughout the fifty acre farm ... including grapefruit.
During one of my visits, to the ranch, I decided to try a grapefruit ... mostly cause it was gonna be free if I didn't like it. To my amazement, it was sweet like an orange, as soon as I picked it, but become the grapefruit we all know and put sugar on in about ten minutes. Kinda like Mahi-Mahi or Bonita (brilliant colored fish) that lose all their brilliance to shades of grey within ten minutes after death.
Don't believe me .... find a citrus farm or grower and try it yourself. You'll be surprised!!
