What society should prefer(it seems to me) is truth, justice, kindness, caring. However it gets off on lies, injustice, cruelty and cold-hearted self-serving self-aggrandizing power-hungry bullies. Maybe that's the way to make sure only the strongest and most deceitful survive.....isn't it always like thay in nature where the weak feed those more powerful...

Murdering your parents because you want to inherit their money and can't wait till they die of natural causes. Right or wrong? Purposely driving your car into a crowd to kill people who are out and about at a Farmer's Market shopping for their next meal. Right or wrong? If you have a problem deciding which is which I cannot help you D. There is RIGHT and there is WRONG and those who say it is always dependent on the mores of the society at the time I disagree with wholeheartedly. I don't think morality is flexible. I think excusing lack thereof to justify doing what you want to do is flexible. I just do not subscribe to it. Perhaps it is old age. Perhaps it is simply how I'm wired. I dunno. Right and wrong that is simply an intellectual argument holds no value for me. Right and wrong as it pertains to other people in real life in today's world and examples thereof holds only value. I have never understood why people enjoy hurting each other.......people film themselves doing the most wreck less things and you can see they are going to seriously hurt themselves enve before it happens....
Why do people enjoy watching others in pain or more enflicting it on others.... Maybe its how they were brought up......but then some kids still become thugs.... I think there is also something in our genes that we have no control over....
I have a thing about shoes...god knows why ,I was a real scruff as a kid...but now my collection is huge....lol
Used to be a mediocre shoe person. For decades now I have worn sandals out and I'm barefoot or in sox at home. Shoes are way too confining. About people enjoying hurting people. That is precisely where demons devils and evil comes in D. There can be no purposely harmful thing done to anyone without the demon devil evil being present. In my opinion. I dont know about demons Rosie.....there has to be something vastly wrong with their genetic code I would think.. Maybe jealousy and avarice play their part as well...:(

A rough guess it's 3000/3500 square feet... Six /seven bedrooms, 3 living rooms two kitchens dining room ,bath and shower rooms ,toilets .. I've never actually counted them all with the cupboard as well...
It sounds to me like one of those elegant country estates D. With lovely gardens. Two kitchens? Boy oh boy would I love that! Full kitchens? Oven, fridge in each? What do you do with 3 living rooms? How close is it to Downton Abbey? I devoured that series. Everything about it was so elegant, regal, English! Do you have a topiary garden? The second kitchen is more a utility room....it has another big American fridge freezer ,built in larger oven,two washing machines and dryers ,plus extra storage with those great big pull out racks... There is to many rooms ....but they do get used when the hordes arrive...
The garden is lawn and hard areas with trees and evergreen bushes and shrubs....some of the colours they grow are amazing...I can't pronounce their names...
I have clear plastic boxes for all my shoes...the room is full of shelving and I have special spaces for my favorite pairs...lol Its the best room in our house ...lol

Dare I ask HOW MANY pairs of shoes thou hast or is that being terribly nosy? Dozens yes of course. Hundreds? Thousands? Describe your FAVORITE pair if you can. I mean we had no problem going off on a riff about hands. Shoes should be easy peasy! :)
Maybe around five hundred pairs.....there are far to many to count now.... I like the most strapy shoes with 3-4inch heels......most all are like that apart from ones with platform soles .. .I have all sorts of knee high and ankle boots , most all have stiletto heels and I do have some flat shoes and boots for walking....:)
Years ago when I wore heels I LOVED the strappy kind. Very feminine. You could see your toes and even with nylons on the toenail polish would sparkle through. Do you wear all of them or are some just sitting there?
It's impossible to wear them all ,there's just far to many to choose from ,I tend fuss for ages over what one to wear and the more I get the worse it becomes......I have days, but not often where try them on for hours on end....I then pick a dozen or so which I start wearing .. ....lol
We are spoilt for choice for stockings now.....body stockings are amazingly warm to wear in the winter to...:)

Good golly miss molly you could be out there doing other things. I guess some stereotypes are true. A love of shoes and women seem to be connected in some way for many gals. Is that a chocolate bar Rosie..?. Some of my shoes cost between £1000-2000 pounds Rosie....I'm not that mad to pay that much for them and some are really nice... I only wear shoes that feel comfy and never any really that hurt....lol
I dont do it often ...but I enjoy the day....lol....we all do cranky things at times....lol Do you not do anything other might describe as odd...? My sisters and friends share my love of shoes.....even my mum does to a certain extent....No where near as bad as me though..... I know all their sizes and the styles they like ,so often bring pairs home for them to try on....:)

She knew about this store where you could get really high-end shoes for much less. I bought a couple pair there and I really liked them. I always felt like a classy dame in them for some reason. I got compliments on them. As for your use of the word "cranky" what does it mean to you? I didn't use it but you did. To me cranky means constantly out of sorts. In a bad mood. Unsmiling. Stiff. Rigid. What was your intention using that wor d sweetie? Do I do oddball things? Sure. I'm not a gal that enjoys going out with the girls. Or clothes shopping. Never did. I absolutely do not ever complain about Jim to anyone. Lots of women do and I think that is betrayal of the highest order. Gals who get together and complain about their men are not my cuppa tea. I hope you don't do that D. I'd rather go to the market, shop for food, come home and fix our meal than go out to the fanciest restaurant. I used to enjoy "dressing up" but now it is a bore and I don't. Not very girly is it? Oh well. Jim says I'm very feminine but not "girly" and I find that to be very complimentary personally. Being "girly" to me are those gals who are obsessed with how they look, what they wear, what others wear. I mean c'mon they're just clothes! They do not make the person better or worse. What's inside is way more important to me than any outside could ever be. Packaging doesn't impress me one bit. Content does. I don't like pasta sauce (red tomatoey). I much prefer refried beans and cheese on top of my plain-cooked pasta with garlic butter and mushrooms. I can't stand barbecue sauce. I like my ribs dry rubbed. It's made in Hershey Pennsylvania. I've never been there but I'm told that as you enter the town you can smell the chocolate. It is milk chocolate and we prefer the dark but as a kid a Hershey bar was da bomb! I think adults tend to prefer dark chocolate because it isn't as icky yucky sweet and also there are phenols or something in it that are very healthy for the heart as is true of red wine. I used to love milk chocolate but now I usually stick to the dark. Anyway have a good dy. I think you are 9 hours ahead of me D.
