What happened to the common house fly?

Hardly any where I live outside or in. What about you? Are other species reduced or missing?

I’ve only seen one bumblebee in the last few years. Plenty of fly’s here though

In SoCal there are hardly any. The other day I noticed a corn dog on the ground at work. It sat there all day. I did not see a single fly on it.

They're all in an underground hive in my back yard.

That is scary. I remember when you couldnt keep flies away when you had any kind of food with you outside.

We have plenty of houseflies, bumblebees and carpenter bees. What is missing are honeybees and earthworms. I only see a few mosquitoes each year and they hardly ever bite me. Must be that high BAC.

I blame McDonalds .....Flies wont land on any of their their fresh or discarded fast foods.....the poor ole flies prefer to starve to death rather then to become poisoned or undernourished ...:(
