Yes, but the method (for me) is different.  Passbooks are back................haven't you heard?

Randy, I can't remember when the last time I did any of that. All my banking is done online and has been for years, everything from checking and savings to transfers, Oversea accounts, to deposits, all of my deposits if not cash {ATM} are automatic deposits. I haven't walked into a bank in over 8 years.

Hola Thrifty, My mom up until the day she died, bless her heart never even used an ATM, she didn't want me to even show her how easy it was, lol. Although she had opportunity to new tech. she didn't want it.

Nothing to balance when you ain't got money.
