If it is what it is then what the heck is it?

It’s usually disappointing if it is what it is

It often is NOT what I make something to be --  namely, something to be anxious or fearful about.
And it's reality, NOT my often negative interpretations of reality.

The capital letters are for my emphasis and sorry for continuing to say what something is NOT --  but it seems easier to say it that way, whether or not it comes across with meaning.

Its not what it isnt.

The condition.  The condition is what it is because that is the way it should be.
