There are various stain removal products .. Don't use hit water as it only sets stains. .. use cold. .. start of simple .. Make a paste of laundry detergent and a little water and rub that in and leave overnight then wash in cold water ... You may have to try bleach. . But that's got problems with some fabrics .. a last ditch approach

Change deodorant brands.

It´s really hard to remove those stains.

White dye

You can use a search engine.  I use Fels Naptha.  The bar is huge and lasts a long long time using it just for stains.  White Dial is a real close second. 

Then you are screwed.  How about dying the shirt a different colour?
