Don't know if men realize how out-of-control it can get. You try to adjust yourself to slow them down but its like almost every move you make starts a new one. When I would begin to get tingly I would get afraid and make them stop and pull out. Then I talked to this woman on AB who told me if I went out it would be OK because I would automatically stop feeling and my breathing would normalize which is exactly what happened.
