    I believe they do have some primitive ability to feel... I am sure there was an experiment somewhere way back that detected screams when a part of the plant was cut off.  Not sure that's proof as such.. but perhaps some very primitive ability, for instance to detect wounds and send substances to seal the cut

    Not the ones that are Thick Skinned ,they don't tend to have feeling It's more the fact that they have Peelings...   :)D
