Have you been watching movies from the "Gidget" era? They sometimes had a beach bum character who had a cigarette behind his ear. He would only smoke it when he got a fresh cigarette. Gidget was a Columbia flick, but the wacky beach bum characters were all in Disney flicks, which were not memorable for any other reason.
Correction: some of those characters were in the "beach party" series with Frankie and Annette. I remember Eric Von Zipper, but I had to look up the name of the movie!

But seriously, cigarettes should be in packs and tucked into a rolled up t-shirt sleeve.
Is the cigarette lighted? Or is it just candy? And why tucked behind the ear rather than inserted into the ear? A lighted candy cigarette shoved into one's ear -especially if it's a nice minty Kool- would b really cool.
It would be entertaining were it lighted, but no.
