Pretzelized convoluted "thinking" isn't it? The JUSTICE DEPARTMENT is just what is says it is. The Executive branch is TGITWH. The Legislative branch is the Senate and the House and Justice embodies the rule of the law and the Constitution.
Speaking only for myself, you're correct. I do support all that you listed, "including" the Justice Department. However, what I am against is the abuse of power and the corruption found in all that you listed. And there's plenty of that present on both sides of the aisle. :)
