Another disaster awaits the midwest farm communities who have lost vital markets for their crops, such as soybeans and the like. Can’t pay your note if you can’t sell your crops.
These regions typically voted for Trump in 2016. Is Don the Demagogue biting the hand(s) that fed him? Does he get it? There will inevitably be blowback if this isn’t remedied. So far, the hastily cobbled-together plan to throw 2 billion tax dollars at them is both ridiculous and shortsighted.

I don't think the Chinese wanna destroy the American Agricultural Giant. They will still buy some large number of soybeans. They will also buy some from Argentina. American farmers still have a quality advantage in soybeans.
Just what are you looking at....not the USA economy which is BOOMING. Low unemployment....lowest in history for Black and Hispanic....lowest in 1/2 century for woman. Record high stock market. Wages are starting to increase....first time in decades. GDP just hit 4.1%.....double what was referred to as the "new normal" under Pres Obama.
Just made an agreement with EU to try to get yo real free trade....0% tariffs...0 subsidies etc. And they are going to buy more US soybeans.
Don't let the media scare you....we are winning this trade war. And I for one am not tired of winning.
